Software recommended: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

MAC OS 8.x - 9.x use IE 5.1.7
MAC OS 10.x use IE 5.2.3
Note: Netscape is not supported or recommended by the developers of IntraLearn, however, most features will work
Modem: 56 k modem (DSL or cable modem recommended if your course is graphic intensive)
Sound Card and speakers
AOL Users
IntraLearn does not support AOL's browser. To ensure trouble-free operation, the best solution is to use another browser after logging onto your AOL account. You need at least Internet Explorer version 5.0 to 6.0 installed on your computer. Please do the following each time you login to your course:
- Log onto AOL.
- Minimize (do not close) the AOL window
- Open Internet Explorer
- Enter the correct URL for your course
- Login
Browser Support and Plug-in Report:
With regards to plug-ins such as Flash, Director, QuickTime, RealPlayer, please ensure that you are using the most recent versions.
